What to Do

Sometimes we feel the need to put some energy into conflict resolution and embracing peace and calm. You could do this for a specific issue in your own life, for a loved one or for the world at large.

First create for yourself a ‘Peace Oil’ by gathering your Olive oil (fire element), Vervain (earth element), Lavender (air element) and Chamomile (water element). Simmer these ingredients in your cooking pot over a very low heat until the air is fragrant. Remove from the heat and allow your Peace oil to cool. Once cooled, strain your oil into your clean bottle and charge it with a hand either side of the bottle while visualising light blue energy around and through the oil plus opening your heart space and focusing on peace and calm being sent to and absorbed by the liquid.

Next, gather your candle, paper and a pen. Write down on a piece of paper the names of those whose conflict you wish to end or write down a few sentences about a situation you wish to fill with peace and calm. Dab the corners of your paper with some of the Peace oil while visualising the situation resolved – you don’t have to see how it resolves, let universe take care of that part, but see everything having come to a happy conclusion with no more tension between parties involved.

Charge your candle using the same intent, then anoint your candle with your peace oil moving in a circular motion from the bottom of the candle to the top. Next place your piece of paper under your candle and light the candle saying something like:

Conflict, stress and tension cease;
Discord melted, I call for peace.
By the powers of land, sky and sea,
As I will it, then so shall it be!
With harm to none, so mote it be!

Allow your candle to burn all the way out, Moon gazing is perfect while this is taking place. If there is any wax left over once the spell is finished, through it in the bin, do not keep it. xx
