Mystical Dragon’s eStore Returns Policy

In accordance with your statutory rights required by law, with proof of purchase, a refund may be obtained if the product is defective, unfit for purpose or does not match the description. Mystical Dragon’s eStore returns policy defines two types of returns. Cancelled order returns and Faulty goods returns.

Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of ordering we are happy to accept the goods back with a few conditions:

  1. Herbs cannot be returned.
  2. Downloadable products, CD ROMs, DVDs or floppy disks cannot be returned.
  3. Please contact Mystical Dragon first to obtain a Return Authorisation. Returned goods will not be accepted without a Mystical Dragon Return Authorisation.
  4. Cancelled order goods can be returned within two weeks after they have been delivered to you.
  5. Cancelled order goods must be returned in original packaging which is still intact. We will not accept any cancelled order goods which have been opened or if the packaging is damaged or defaced in any way.
  6. When returning cancelled order goods please pack them in another box so that the original packaging will not be damaged by stickers, courier handling etc.
  7. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the freight charges to Mystical Dragon. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are shipped freight on or receiver to pay will be rejected by Mystical Dragon.
  8. Return Authorisations are only valid for fourteen (14) days.
  9. All cancelled order goods returned to Mystical Dragon will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods can be returned with these conditions:

  1. Herbs cannot be returned.
  2. Downloadable products, CD ROMs, DVDs or floppy disks cannot be returned.
  3. Please contact Mystical Dragon first to obtain a Return Authorisation. Returned goods will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation number.
  4. If the product has been damaged or tampered with in any way, the credit will be rejected.
  5. A product containing liquid must be sealed and secured to ensure it does not leak or get lost in transit.
  6. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the freight charges to Mystical Dragon. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are shipped freight on or receiver to pay will be rejected by Mystical Dragon.
  7. Return Authorisations are only valid for fourteen (14) days.
  8. We are sympathetic when it comes to returns and will consider all requests for returns which do not meet these criteria on a case by case basis.

To Return Goods

To return goods, follow these steps.

  1. Herbs cannot be returned.
  2. Downloadable products, CD ROMs, DVDs or floppy disks cannot be returned.
  3. Please refer to our Returns Policy (above) before requesting a Return Authorisation.
  4. The Mystical Dragon Return Authorisation number must be quoted on the outside of all packaging. Failure to do so may result in goods being returned upon arrival and/or credit refusal. No exceptions.
  5. All cancelled order goods returns must be unopened and in saleable condition otherwise, credit may be rejected.
  6. If the product has been damaged or tampered with in any way it will be rejected.
  7. Seal and secure all goods to ensure unbroken arrival without leakage or loss in transit.
  8. A 20% restocking fee will apply where original fault of supply lay not with Mystical Dragon.
  9. Faulty product is credited only, not replaced.

NB: Freight on return goods will not be paid by Mystical Dragon.
