Whilst we endeavour to incorporate all training costs within the program fee structure, in some of our courses there may be excursions or required equipment which will incur an additional fee.
Upon availability, and dependant on the topic of study, enrolments may be accepted up until the second week of a course.
A student may change enrolment from one Mystical Dragon course to another being delivered at Mystical Dragon. The request for change must be received prior to the commencement of the originally enrolled course. The fees paid will be transferred to the new course. A second administration fee may be charged if the transfer takes place within 10 working days of the first day of the originally enrolled course.

Yes.  We offer a range of payment options to suit everyone.  We also offer enrolled students a discount on purchases in our store!

Messages and homework for teachers may be left at the main desk downstairs.  Under no circumstances will staff hand out teachers personal numbers, so please do not ask.
Yes!  We can place you on a waiting list and contact you if a place becomes available or if an additional class is scheduled.

Should Mystical Dragon cancel a course, workshop or event for any reason all enrolled participants will receive notification and be entitled to one of the following options:

  1. a full refund
  2. transfer to another course, workshop or event
Should you not be able to attend a class, for any reason, please ensure that you contact Mystical Dragon as soon as possible before your class start time.  A catch up class may be able to be arranged at a separate time with your teacher.
Once training has commenced no refund is available to participants who leave before its completion. Students on a payment plan are required to complete all course payments, irrespective of how many classes they have attended.
Being an adult education provider our policy is NOT to interrupt classes for personal telephone messages except in the case of an emergency.  It is also policy that students turn their mobile phones OFF before entering a class.

All course and workshop fees are non-refundable unless that course or workshop is cancelled.  However, credits may be granted in special circumstances (please speak to a member of staff if you feel you may meet the requirements for this).

Applicants to our courses and workshops should:

  1. complete an enrolment form
  2. submit the enrolment form along with payment of your enrolment fee

Mystical Dragon will notify the candidate in writing whether they have been accepted into their chosen course or workshop.
Mystical Dragon reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate. The decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
