This group hypnotherapy calm and heal evening is a hypnotherapy session designed to allow you to feel a deep sense of calm and relaxation. Something most of us could do with after the fear and anxiety created by the pandemic. If you are feeling anxious or find it difficult to relax enough to meditate, then this session is for you. Hypnotherapy is one of many treatment modalities that can help a wide range of issues. There are so many alternative therapies available today that many people seek multiple methods rather than relying on just Eastern medicine to heal them.
Our group hypnotherapy calm and heal evening is about giving yourself permission and time to truly relax, concentrate on your needs and receive some beautiful healing energy from the Egyptian Gods and Goddesses while in a relaxed and receptive state. About Your Facilitator
Raylee is a spiritual energy healer with strong past life ties to Ancient Egypt and has an affinity for Elizabeth Jensen’s healing and alchemy techniques which enable the channelling of Egyptian deities to perform healing rituals. She uses hypnotherapy as part of her healing practice as she found that it allows people to relax more, especially when they are anxious or finding it difficult to turn off their brains.
