Create Wellbeing for the Mind, Body and Soul
Learn to create Wellbeing for the Mind, Body and Soul is a six-week online course dedicated to the wellbeing of your mind, body and soul. A different aspect of your mental, physical or spiritual healing is addressed each week with every session finishing with a relaxing meditation. During the course, you will learn relaxation and de-stressing techniques and how to tune-in to your body to assist you to gently return to an emotional and spiritual balance. Awareness and empowerment bring peace and calm to the mind, body and soul so take the time to heal, it may be overdue, but remember you are worth it!
This will be a very personal journey as you are unique and your wants and needs differ to anyone else, so it is advised to have a journal set aside specifically for this healing time so you can document your awareness and enlightenment. A clear quartz point crystal is also recommended even if you haven’t worked with crystals before as this will become your healing crystal for the duration of the six weeks, and maybe even beyond.
Our ‘live’ online courses and minicourses, use a product, or program, called Zoom. To access your online session using Zoom there are no extra fees or costs. At a minimum, you need a computer with a webcam and speakers, or a tablet or a smartphone plus internet and email access. You can ask questions or share your thoughts with the group during the session by either typing or speaking aloud. Desktop computer users may need a microphone. A few hours before your session you will be sent an email containing the link you need to connect to the session.

About Your Facilitator
Audrey was blessed to have been born into a spiritual family with a long line of healers, psychics, crystals workers and tarot readers and is herself ninth generation in that line. Audrey’s Grandmother Clara instructed her initially in spiritual studies and then during her late teens, Audrey was taught by a local psychic in England, by the name of Nora Barnsley. Nora went on to guide her through Runes, Palmistry, and Spiritual Development for five more years. Audrey trained as a counsellor in 1980 and then spent many years working in charitable organisations first in England and then, after emigrating in 1987, here in Melbourne as she felt life experience in many areas was a necessity for her own continued spiritual growth. She has worked voluntarily for 33 years in Australia as a counsellor both general and spiritual and is also a trained hypnotherapist and Reiki Master/Teacher.
