Meditation Sessions by Mystical Dragon

Take some well deserved time for yourself in your own home and enjoy a guided meditation lead by Mystical Dragon’s lovely Susie Roberts. These stand-alone sessions are focused around relaxation. Create for yourself a quiet, undisturbed space, perhaps light a candle or incense and you will be ready to join the meditation session. Pillows, blankets, even PJs are optional extras that you can add for your comfort! You will then be ready to enjoy this “YOU time“! This is not a course, there are no special requirements and no session is compulsory!

Regular meditation can help you cope better with the stress of daily life and improve your everyday well being. Be reassured that anyone can meditate and that you don’t need any special abilities to practise meditation. Meditating is not about seeking perfection but developing and calming your mind. This is your opportunity to practise meditation to help you achieve inner calm and tranquillity.

Bookings need to be made no later than 5 pm on Thursday for that evening’s session. Confirmation emails will be sent containing the link to join soon after the deadline. We are going ahead using a program called “Zoom”. Using Zoom is free to use to access a group meeting you are invited to. At a minimum, you need a computer with a webcam and speakers, a tablet or smartphone, plus internet access. You can type or speak to chat online to ask questions or share your thoughts to the group.

About Your Facilitator

Susie has a background in psychology and counselling. She has always been a spiritual person and has always had an interest in Psychic Development, Mediumship, Tarot and Oracle card readings, Reiki, Yoga, and Meditation. She is a certified Meditation Teacher and credits meditation for helping harmonise and balance body, mind, and spirit. She is passionate about sharing the positive impacts meditation has had upon her life in hopes of helping other people enjoy the benefits of meditation. As well as teaching meditation, Susie is also a Reader and Healer at Mystical Dragon.
