Our Living Rainbow Chakra course can help you learn to recognise some of the many cues that our chakras are out of balance and incorporate some simple techniques to re-balance them. The chakras are spinning vortexes of energy which everyone has and connect our physical body to our spiritual, mental and emotional bodies. It is absolutely essential that we maintain a healthy and balanced chakra system in order to be physically, mentally and emotionally healthy and psychically in tune. Once we know what to look for there are many cues we can use as signals that our chakras are out of balance. There are also many tools that we can use to re-balance our chakras and help maintain the health of our energy centres.

Each session runs for approximately two hours. Each week we examine a chakra in detail and discover health concerns connected with this chakra. Notes are provided and each week students will participate in a meditation as well as discussion. Students are also encouraged to write notes during class.
These classes are designed to be practical in nature. Every class has hands-on exercises and activities for all members to participate in. Students are given homework each week to continue to work with the chakra from class across the coming week, using the techniques which most resonated with them. At the beginning of the following class members are encouraged to share experiences from their week, ask questions and talk about what they found most effective as well as any breakthroughs they may have had.
Students are also encouraged to bring along; a blanket and pillow to ensure they are comfortable throughout the process; and a journal to record their journey.
The capacity of this course/workshop is capped to ensure all participants receive personalised attention, therefore gaining a valuable opportunity to learn and grow to your full potential. Minimal notes are provided. Students are encouraged to write notes during class if they feel inclined.
These classes are designed to be practical in nature, with the majority of classes having hands-on exercises and activities for all members to participate in.

Student Attendance
- All instalments must be paid irrespective of how many classes are attended
- Students who miss more than one class may be ineligible to receive a course certificate
- Any student withdrawing from the course after commencement is required to pay any balance outstanding at the time of withdrawal
About Your Facilitator
My appreciation and understanding of the chakra system has grown and evolved through my own healing journey. In learning various healing modalities, studying at mystical Dragon, and work in client healing sessions, I gained knowledge and developed an awareness of the interconnected nature of these energy centres and our overall physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. As an energy worker, it has been essential for me to observe the intricacies of the subtle energy body. I have found it to be a continuous process of learning, maybe even never-ending. You can glean so much intuitive information by tuning in to a person’s energy and auric field.
I am passionate about assisting others to recognise and reclaim their power. Working with crystals, channelled energy and sound in my intuitive healing sessions, I carry much of this into every other aspect of my life.
