Guided Meditation

Take some well deserved time for yourself and enjoy a guided morning meditation session led by Mystical Dragon’s lovely Laura Palermo. These stand-alone sessions are focused around relaxation. Be ready to enjoy this “YOU time“!

Take advantage of our quiet space, comfy chairs and good company. Our chairs are very comfortable, and even adjustable, but presently we must ask you to bring your own pillow or blanket if you’d like them. These sessions are $15 per head and capped at a maximum of 10 participants, so booking your spot in advance is essential.

This is not a course, there are no special requirements and no session is compulsory!

About Laura Palermo

Laura enjoys exploring different aspects of meditation. She understands first-hand the need for perseverance and practice, especially when first starting out. Meditation has helped quiet Laura’s once constantly busy mind, find a level of peace she had not known before. Thus, she enjoys finding new and effective methods for relaxation. Utilising her love of words and the cadence of sound, the meditations Laura facilitates are a collaborative effort with her Guides and Angels. Spirit leads the way, and she fills in the gaps. As Laura is a natural healer, her meditations tend to take on that aspect as well.
