Live Online Evening Meditation Sessions
Take some well deserved time for yourself in your home and enjoy a live online meditation lead by Mystical Dragon’s lovely Laura Palermo. Create for yourself a quiet, undisturbed space, perhaps light a candle or incense and you will be ready to join the meditation session. Pillows, blankets, even pyjamas, can be added for your comfort! You will then be ready to enjoy this “YOU time“! This is not a course, there are no special requirements and no session is compulsory! This is your opportunity to practise meditation to help achieve inner calm and tranquillity. Regular meditation can help you cope better with the stress of daily life and improve your everyday well being. It’s not about seeking perfection but developing and calming your mind.
Benefits of meditation include; lowers high blood pressure, reduces anxiety, decreases tension-related pain and headaches, can help with insomnia, increases serotonin to increase mood, improves the immune system, brings the mind into an alpha state to promote healing, happiness and creativity, increase intuition, and more.
Bookings need to be made no later than 5:00 pm AEST (UTC 7:00 am) on the day the session. Emails are sent out at 5:00 pm with the link to join the meditation session. We use a program called “Zoom”. Zoom doesn’t cost any extra to access a session. Minimum requirements are; a computer with a webcam and speakers, a tablet, or a smartphone; internet access. You can speak or type to chat online at the end and ask questions or share your thoughts to the group if you would like. Students are always welcome to log straight off at the end and don’t even need to enable the video for meditation sessions.

Laura enjoys exploring different aspects of meditation. She understands first-hand the need for perseverance and practice, especially when first starting out. Meditation has helped quiet Laura’s once constantly busy mind find a level of peace she had not known before. Thus, she enjoys finding new and effective methods for relaxation. Utilising her love of words and the cadence of sound, the meditations Laura facilitates are a collaborative effort with her Guides and Angels. Spirit leads the way and she fills in the gaps. As a natural healer, Laura’s meditations tend to take on that aspect as well.
