Honouring a Loved One’s Passing Spell can be cast any time you need it
Required Items
- A white or black candle
- A photo of the person you are honouring
- Any decorations/items you feel drawn to which present the person
- Optional, a crystal with a loving energy, like Rose Quartz
Steps to Casting Your Honouring a Loved One’s Passing Spell
Set up your altar or sacred space with a nice cloth and any of the decorations or items you feel drawn to use which represent the person you are honouring. It might be items they have gifted you or that you associate with them, anything that makes sense to you. You can also add your crystal if you are using it, along with the photo of the person.
Set up the candle in the centre of your altar. Centre yourself and when you feel ready light your candle and say:
Today I do honour you, (name of person)
May your journey into the light be peaceful, happy and free.
As you join in the great dance of creation
I thank the God and Goddess for your time here on Earth with me/us,
I welcome your visits in spirit, and hold you forever in my heart.
