Goddess Gaia Statue 15cm

This 15cm statue of Goddess Gaia can be used on your altar, sacred space or displayed anywhere in your home. Goddess Gaia, also known as Goddess Gaea, is the Greek Goddess of the Earth. Also called Mother Earth, her name essentially means earth or land. She is thought to be the Mother of all life.

One legend connected to her claims that she was the creator of Delphi. They say she stood in the centre of town and spoke to a stone. This stone then came to life. It is also said that Goddess Gaia was the original oracle there. When she grew tired of the position, she appointed a nymph to take over.
